VS MEP Designs covers all four building services disciplines, mechanical (HVAC), electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, under a single senior engineer. Most MEP firms split the four across separate teams who don't coordinate until construction. We coordinate at design.
Mechanical.
HVAC load calculation, system selection, central plant design, smoke control. Sized for the actual load, not the safe-side multiplier.
Electrical.
Power distribution, lighting, emergency and standby power, low-voltage systems. Engineered for current demand and a defensible expansion path.
Plumbing.
Water supply, drainage, gas, water heating, hydro-pneumatic systems sized using Poisson distribution, typically 75% leaner than conventional design.
Fire protection.
Sprinkler and suppression design coordinated with the architectural and structural grids, and with the ceiling space the other three disciplines are already using.

MEP has its highest leverage before the cores, ceiling heights, and plant rooms are fixed. We join at concept stage. Projects offered to us at IFC or later are referred out unless the scope is purely advisory.
Construction-phase support that doesn't disappear.
Submittal reviews, RFIs, and site visits are part of how we work. They are not change orders against the design fee. Srinivasan stays on the project through commissioning. The drawings you approved are the drawings you get on site.

A new firm has to earn the right to design at scale. So we make it easy to see the work before you commit.
The first 5,000 sqft of MEP design on any new client engagement is delivered at no fee. Full discipline coverage (M, E, P, FP), full coordination, full drawings ready for tender on that portion of scope. The rest of the project engages on standard terms.
