Fujairah International Airport
Trap primer in the mechanical plumbing scope was not captured in the original drawings. Identified and added during the design coordination phase. A small detail on paper, the kind that determines whether the system passes commissioning or comes back as an audit finding.
Emirates Tower
High-rise commercial tower MEP design including central plant and tenant distribution.
ADNOC Quarters
MEP design for staff housing, central HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing.
PACI Kuwait
Government facility MEP design, HVAC, electrical, fire protection.
Chennai Egmore Station
Designed the plant-room exhaust and supply-air strategy for the station, including the underground plant-room ventilation calls that drive whether a transit facility runs cool or runs hot during peak passenger load. The earlier RIMS work on finished floor levels fed into how the plant rooms had to be set out.
Bhopal Metro
MEP design for metro infrastructure, including station services and systems integration.
