Why this firm exists.
There are two ways MEP design firms are sold and bought in this market. Large multi-discipline firms put senior partners in proposals and hand projects to junior teams. The pitch is the principal's CV; the work is whoever has the bandwidth. Small firms promise senior attention and usually deliver it, but rarely with the depth of a track record that includes airports, towers, transit, and high-stakes institutional work.

We design the systems and produce the coordinated drawings. We don't take on BIM model authoring; the model coordination sits with the project's BIM consultant or the design-build contractor.
